LD electric single girder crane is designed and manufactured according to  JB/T1306-94 standard.

The structure forms of  its main girder are I-beam,  box girder and pergola girder structure.  It hasthe characteristics of reasonable structure and strong rigidity of the whole equipment.

2. LD electric single girder  crane is used in conjunction with CD1  and MD1 type electric hoists.The electric hoist is suspended on the lower edge of main girder or I-beam main girder. Its  lifting weight  is  1t-20t,  span  is  7.5-28.5m,  working  level  is  A3-A4,  and  temperature  of  working environment is -25 ~40℃.

3. LD electric  single girder crane  has two operation modes:  ground operation and  control room operation. Ground operation usually adopts the operation mode of handle button + remote control; the operation room includes  open type and closed type,  which can be divided  into left and right installation according to the circumstance.

4. LD electric  single girder crane usually  uses conical brake motor  as lifting and operation,  and gear reduced  drive as reduction gear;  the whole equipment  is equipped with  lifting, descending limit switch, cart travel switch, handle button, overload limiter and other accessories. 

5. LD  electric  single girder  crane is  widely used  to lift  goods in  factories,  warehouses, stock ground  and other  different  occasions.  It  is  forbidden to  use  it  in  flammable, explosive  and corrosive medium environment.

6. The  electric single  girder crane with  low clearance  structure can effectively  raise the  lifting height, and the construction cost  can be greatly reduced by choosing the  appropriate main girder  structure through the reasonable design of the main girder structure.
